Ford Declares Second Quarter DividendDEARBORN, Mich., March 8, 2006 ? The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company [NYSE: F] today declared a second quarter dividend of 10 cents a share on the company's Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the first quarter of 2006.The second quarter dividend is payable on June 1, 2006 to shareholders of record on May 2, 2006.
